Zinc alloy or zamac is poured in to bespoke three-dimensional moulds designed to your specification and then centrifugally spun to force the liquid metal alloy in to the mould cavity. On cooling each badge can be polished, plated and fitted, for a premium 3D look and feel.
These die-cast badges can be spin-cast formed, or produced using a classic die-cast process.

Getting your orders where they need to go
1. Production
Please note: After placing your order, we will send you a mockup of the design before printing within 24 hours. You will be able to make changes to the design or approve it. And if we don't have a response within 24 hours, then we will start production with the information you left with your order.
2. Shipping
Your Custom order (s) will be ready to ship out within 1-3 business days.
3. Delivery
Delivery time is 2-5 Business Days after shipping, depending on your location. If you are in a rush, please get in touch with us.
