Order and payment information
The time it takes to produce a T-shirt depends on whether the order is place on our website or in our shop.
If the order was placed online, and you choose a style, color and size that we have in stock, and a DTG or vinyl decoration, your shirts will be printing within 3 hours. It typically takes around 24 hours from the time the order is placed to the time it’s ready to be shipped out. However if the order was placed in our shop, depending on the type of the customization, it will take about 6 hours to produce.
To add a logo to your T-shirt, you simply need to upload the logo in one of the supported file types. We support many image file formats including EPS, JPG, TIF, BMP, GIF, and PNG. Please make sure the design has no background and it is not in white. Then place the logo where you want it to be on the t-shirt, resize it if necessary then you are done. The minimum file size 3,000 dpi. If you are unsure about the file format and the resolution you would like to use, please contact us.
Don’t worry. Send us what you have. Our professional art team will work with what you have to create exactly what you need free of charge. Don’t have art? We have thousands of great designs to choose from and they are very easy to customize and make them yours.
We have no minimum order policy. You can order a single custom T-shirt or 2,000 custom T-shirts.
The price of a custom T-shirt is based on the T-shirt you choose, the number of different areas you want to print on, the size of the of the T-shirt, the type of the design you choose and the total number of T-shirts in your order. The more custom T-shirts you order, the lower the price per T-shirt will be.

Most of our clothing allows you to print on the front, back, on both sleeves and on the legs. You are completely free to customize your clothing however you want it to be.
Yes, you can. We keep customer files indefinitely. When you call to get your design reprinted, be sure to give us your full name and a brief description of your original graphic. This will allow us to find it and print it for you immediately.
Yes, but keep in mind that we typically print on cotton and cotton blends. We also print on 100% polyester items, however the wash fastness cannot be guaranteed. We recommend choosing from our products so we can guarantee your print quality.
We accept Discover, Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Once you place your order, you’ll immediately receive an e-mail confirmation with your order number. If you have artwork you’d like us to use, simply reply to this e-mail: support@customprintspot.com and attach your art. Shortly thereafter 24 hours, you’ll receive an email from our Customer Care representative who will be taking personal care of your order. This promotional products expert will fully review your order, make suggestions, confirm dates and review your artwork.
Once all of the details are set, the next thing you’ll receive is a mockup of the item(s) you’re purchasing. There you’ll have the opportunity to approve it or make suggestions for changes and improvements. Once you’ve approved the art, you’ll see an order confirmation with all of the dates and charges.

The delivery times given here are estimate and do not apply to all orders such screen printing and some special customizations which may require more time. Your delivery time depends, among other things - on the type and number of products as well as the selected finishing techniques.
Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time is 2-5 Business Days after shipping depending on your location.

We are only responsible for printing and shipping your orders on time with the requested delivery service and carrier, however we are not responsible for any delays that might occur by the carrier due to holidays and natural disasters…
No, not always. We may split an order into multiple shipments for the following reasons:
Product packaging. Some of our products are individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra cushion and durability. The products we’ll always ship separately are:
- snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps, and visors
- backpacks
- jewelry
- mugs
- stickers
- pillows with stuffing
- posters
- framed posters
- canvas
- bean bag cases
- keychains and pet tags
- water bottles
- notebooks
No, they will not fade.

Cold Wash-Turn inside out-Do Not use bleach-Wash with like colors-Tumble Dry Low or Hang Dry-Medium Iron-Do not iron the decoration-Do not dry clean.
If you follow the instructions for washing the shirts will remain as they were on the first day.
